How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $100 per number of days each week your child will attend. For example if your child is attending 1 day $100 or 3 days $300. The registration fee is non-refundable and non transferable. The fee must be paid at the time of registration. Spots will not be held without registration payment.
How many spaces are available?
Availability is always subject to change. You must contact the office for information on availability in your child’s age range.
Is preference given to church members?
Yes, members of The Church of the Incarnation are given preference in admissions, as are current students and their siblings.
What age does my child need to be to attend Incarnation Academy?
Children applying to Incarnation Academy must be 6 months of age. To apply for the Pre-school, your child must be 3 by September 1st for Pre-K 3 and 4 by September 1st for Pre-K 4.
Can I tour the school?
You are welcome to tour the school at anytime Monday – Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30. An appointment is preferable but not essential; please contact the office for an appointment.
Are there extended hours?
Yes, extended care is offered Monday through Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. The fee for this program is $25 per day or a ten day punch card can be purchased for $200. Payment for the use of this program must be made at the time of pick-up. Morning care is also available from 8 – 9 a.m. for $5 per day.
Do we have to be Episcopalian to attend Incarnation Academy?
No, we encourage families of all religious backgrounds to apply to our school. We do give preference in admission to members of The Church of Incarnation.
Do students attend chapel?
Yes, children attend chapel weekly and parents are welcome to attend.
Is the Director accessible to the parents?
Yes, the Director has an open door policy and is available during school hours as well as by appointment if necessary.
