Everywhere you look at Church of the Incarnation, there are signs of vibrant growth. My prayer this year is that our spiritual growth, both as a parish and as individuals, will be the foundation of this transformation.

When St. Paul is teaching the church in Ephesus about spiritual maturity, he describes it neither as knowledge or action alone. Instead, he summarizes the purpose of the Christian life in this way:

That “we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:14)

What you will find at Incarnation are ways not simply to learn about God, but opportunities for you and your family to be formed into Christian maturity, into a reflection of Jesus Himself.

Regardless of your age or station in life, there are countless opportunities for you to dig deeply into the Holy Scriptures, receive from the riches of our Anglican tradition, explore what it means to be a follower of Jesus, and even learn a little about Dante!

Prayerfully consider where God wants to form you and then jump right in.
