The Junior High Group

Loving God & loving junior high students so they can love God & love others.

We welcome all 7th and 8th grade students and parents as we journey together through the Junior High years. We believe that living a life of loving God and loving others brings about real life.

If you are looking for a positive experience in a church that is like a close-knit family, look no further. Whether you are new, a regular, or just visiting, join us each Sunday and throughout the week and share in our real life.

Weekly Program

Monthly Events:

  • March 18-20 / Spring Break Break
  • April 23-25 / Get Out of Town

The Class

Location: The Porch | Sunday Morning | 10:20 a.m. - 11:05 a.m.

Every Sunday morning we will meet with other unique, talented and creative junior high students as we will have many opportunities to see life in a different way. Watch, discuss, laugh, learn. Every week different. See how His Word is really alive. If you are in the 7th and 8th grade, we want you! Nutritious food (doughnuts) will be provided.

Chi Rho Groups

Location: The Porch | Sunday Night | 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Every Sunday night provides the best way to connect and create lifetime friendships that have depth. Be a part of the joy of sharing, listening, learning. If you are hoping for one of the best ways to grow spiritually, don’t miss this weekly time to gather together.

Rather LARGE Wednesday

Location: Initially gather in The Great Hall, then matriculate
Wednesday Night 6:15 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

It’s big, well, rather large. We will meet and return to The Great Hall, but in the middle we will go to a rather large field or rather large gym for rather large fun. It all takes place on the following Wednesday nights: February 24. March 3, 10, 17, 24. Weird times. Good times.

For The Parents

The Junior High ministry realizes that you, the parent, are the primary person that influences and knows your own child. We also realize that in order for any facet of the program to be effective, we need your help. Church of the Incarnation needs parents who are willing to provide guidance and ensure a safe environment for any activity. However, we also desire to have adult volunteers who are eager to connect with 7th and 8th grade students and help them to love God, love others and love themselves.
