Godly Play

Godly Play is a Montessori approach to teaching Bible stories, the Sacraments, and sacred time to children. It utilizes a discovery method of teaching with well-designed, developmentally appropriate story-telling materials in a child-scale classroom. The goal is that children come to know God — not just about God — and prepare to participate more fully in parish worship and service as they grow older. NOTE: Children must be potty-trained to participate in Godly Play. Please register your child(ren).

I-45 is an exciting new ministry program exclusively for fourth and fifth graders, designed to introduce them to a deeper level of Christian discipleship, as well as help prepare them for the unique challenges and opportunities they will encounter in young adolescence. Sunday mornings will include a high energy teaching time, small group breakout sessions, and fun activities and games. There will also be opportunities for fellowship and service outside of the classroom.
