Families are invited to a traditional pancake supper in the Great Hall sponsored by the Fathers’ Fellowship group. There will be Lenten preparation materials and crafts for take-home as well.

Cost:  $3.00 per person for the Pancake Supper.

Wed. Feb 6, 6:00 p.m.-7:30:  Ash Wednesday service for children
This Bethlehem Chapel service is appropriate for children ages 3 and up.  The service will include a Godly Play story, an explanation of “why ashes,” and the imposition of ashes.  We’ll start with a pizza supper and have a special snack and Lenten activity following the service.  Parents are welcome to join their children for this service or worship in the Main Sanctuary and pick their children up afterwards.

Nursery is available for children 2 and under.
Pizza supper will be served to ALL children – those attending the service and those in the nursery.

Sunday, March 16, 11:15-12:00p.m.:  Day-by-Day through Holy Week
We will continue a family tradition to help us prepare for and observe at home the most important week in the Church calendar.  Meet in the Dining Room to hear a Godly Play story about Jesus’ Holy Week journey and then create a way to use this story at home throughout the week.

Fri. March 21, 12:00-2:00 p.m.:  Good Friday Worship for children
This service is for school-aged children (Kindergarten and up) scheduled simultaneously with the service in the Main Sanctuary.  After a pizza lunch, the children will experience the Good Friday story told Godly Play style, observe silence and share solemn prayers.  We will complete our worship with the Stations of the Cross in the Great Hall Dining Room. The children will have time for their own art response to Good Friday and we conclude by enjoying traditional hot cross buns.

Nursery will be available for children 5 and under.
Pizza lunch will be served to ALL children – those attending the service and those in the nursery.

Sat. March 22, 8:00 p.m.:  The Easter Vigil and Feast
Join other Incarnation Families at the most ancient and most festive first service of Easter at the Easter Vigil celebrated in the Memorial Chapel.  Afterwards, gather in the Great Hall for an Easter Feast.
