Weekday Classes for Adults
“Evil, Suffering, and the Victory of God”:
Day: Tuesday mornings
Meets Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. continues in the Great Hall
Dining Room. Join our new curate Thomas Kincaid and our seminarian Jordan
Hylden this summer for a nine-week exploration of the problem of suffering, the
nature of evil, and the hope for forgiveness and new life that we have in the
Church through the cross and resurrection of Christ. We’ll examine the biblical
witness with help from the work of Anglican Bishop N.T. Wright, and engage with
themes from art, literature, music, and film, including Dostoyevsky, Bach, and
even Clint Eastwood. Scripture Study Group Day: Wednesdays (year round) Time: 1:00 p.m Location: Welcome Center
To enhance your Sunday morning worship, join Incarnation Parish members as they review a study of the Scripture lessons appointed by the lectionary for the coming Sunday beforehand. Hearing familiar lessons allows you to listen more carefully to the sermon and enter more deeply into the experience of worship. Each week this group meets to discuss the upcoming Sunday’s readings, including deciphering any confusing parts of the text. The Alpha Course In recess for the summer
