The Noack Organ

To complement the Noack organ, the acoustic environment of the church itself has been entirely refurbished with the help of outside consultants specializing in church acoustics. Conditioning of floors and sealants for masonry walls have helped eliminate acoustical "dead spots" in the church. The result is a reverberation from choir and congregation, from the closest pew to the farthest balcony.

Church of the Incarnation is but one of a handful of parishes in the United States capable of producing the rich color of sound for choral accompaniment that has been used in liturgical worship for nearly 2,000 years. The Noack Organ, Opus 127, was entirely rebuilt in 1994 at a cost of $680,000, through the generosity of Incarnation parishioners.
