Chi Rho and EYC Mission Trips Youth Ministry Architects - YMA, a youth ministry consulting firm, met with staff, parents and youth involved in Incarnation's Department of Youth Ministry over a three day period to hold a mirror to the program's stengths and weaknesses, as well as provide a blue print for the success of Incarnation’s future Youth Ministries.
