How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $250 per child. The registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards past, present or future balances.

How many spaces are available?
Availability is always subject to change. You must contact the office for information on availability in your child’s age range.

Is preference given to church members?
Yes, members of The Church of the Incarnation are given preference in admissions, as are current students and their siblings.

What age does my child need to be to attend Incarnation Academy?
Children applying to Incarnation Academy must be 12 months of age by September 1st of the current school year. To apply for the Pre-school, your child must be 3 by September 1st for Pre-K 3 and 4 by September 1st for Pre-K 4.

Can I tour the school?
You are welcome to tour the school at anytime Monday – Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30. Please contact the office for an appointment.

Are there extended hours?
Yes, extended care is offered Monday through Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. The fee for this program is $20 per day. Morning care is also available from 8 – 9 a.m. for $5 per day.

Do we have to be Episcopalian to attend Incarnation Academy?
No, we encourage families of all religious backgrounds to apply to our school. We do give preference in admission to members of Church of the Incarnation.

Do students attend chapel?
Yes, children attend chapel weekly and parents are welcome to attend.

Is the Director accessible to the parents?
Yes, the Director has an open door policy and is available during school hours as well as by appointment if necessary.
